Our Story

Mark Sanor founded 361Firm in 2015 to solve a simple but persistent problem: family offices needed a trusted, efficient way to access and collaborate on high-quality investments.

Yasmin Shmuel, building Klever AI with Javier Sanchez and Andriy Golubitskiy, had a different entry point—designing AI that could turn group conversations into clear, confident decisions.

When they met, it was clear: 361 had the network. Klever had the intelligence. Together, they launched 361Digital—a platform where trusted relationships and smart AI unlock faster syndication, deeper insight, and a new way to move capital.

Mark Sanor founded 361Firm in 2015 after a decade working for a single-family office and another ten years as an M&A partner at firms like Arthur Andersen and EY.

361Firm's global community has grown to over 10,000 participants across more than 90 cities and 20 countries, encompassing single family offices (SFOs), institutional investors, funds, CXOs, and thought leaders.

Yasmin Shmuel

With 20+ years across corporate venture, accelerators, and deep tech, Yasmin Shmuel is redefining how decisions are made in high-trust capital environments. As Co-founder and CEO of KLEVER AI, she has pioneered the use of AI to unlock Collective Decision Intelligence (CDI), turning fragmented input into clarity and action. Her approach blends engineering, psychology, and strategic sales to create systems where human intuition and machine insight co-drive smarter, faster outcomes. At the core of her work: trust, networks, and bold transformation.

Head of AI

Javier Sanchez Jurado

A seasoned technologist with over 15 years of experience researching and developing Artificial Intelligence, with a specialty in network effects and scalable systems. He co-founded Espafil, where he built recommendation engines, and is now pursuing a PhD in In-Memory Computing with a focus on FPGA-based architectures. He holds a master’s in Computer Science from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where he also served as a researcher and lecturer, publishing in LNCS. At B.C.E., he led large-scale communication infrastructure for clients like Repsol and Galp, reducing data archive loads by up to 80%.

Dr. Armen Sarkissian

Dr. Armen Sarkissian, a distinguished Armenian leader, served as its 4th President and Prime Minister, established key diplomatic relations, and excelled in academia and technology. His contributions span from founding Armenia's first embassy in London to co-creating the game Wordtris, underlining a multifaceted legacy.

Strategic Advisor

Kenneth Goldman

Kenneth Goldman is the former CFO of Yahoo!, where he led global finance operations including FP&A, tax, treasury, and investor relations. Prior to that, he held CFO roles at Fortinet, Dexterra, and Siebel Systems, bringing deep leadership to tech and cybersecurity firms. He has served on the boards of NXP Semiconductor, GoPro, Trinet, Yahoo Japan, Gigamon, and several private companies. Goldman contributed to the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council and the PCAOB’s Standing Advisory Group, shaping the evolution of accounting standards. He also served on the U.S. Treasury’s Advisory Committee on the Auditing Profession. A longtime supporter of education, he is an Emeritus Trustee of Cornell and an advisor to Harvard Business School’s California Research Center. Goldman holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell and an M.B.A. from Harvard.

Todd Ruppert

R. Todd Ruppert is the founder and CEO of Ruppert International, which holds over 40 active interests across five continents in sectors including fintech, education, media, and strategy consulting. He spent 27 years at T. Rowe Price, where he served as CEO and president of Global Investment Services and co-president of T. Rowe Price International, helping scale the firm to over $940 billion in AUM. He is a venture partner at Greenspring Associates, a VC firm with over $5 billion under management, and senior advisor to Motive Partners and SenaHill Partners. Ruppert currently sits on more than 25 boards and advisory boards, spanning startups and institutions in financial services, edtech, and impact investing. His portfolio includes companies such as Nutmeg, Tandem Bank, Seedrs, and Octopus Investments. He also serves as president of the Royal Parks Foundation USA, global ambassador for the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award, and board member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. As executive producer, he’s backed three wine documentaries and co-produced the musical Happy Days, blending capital markets insight with cultural engagement.
