Member: Any individual or entity holding an Account.

4. Opening an Account

Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

5. Services

Members may:

Participate in collaborative evaluations of technology solutions.
Communicate with other Members, advisors, and Klever.\

6. Content You Post

You are responsible for all content you provide. Content must not violate laws, intellectual property rights, or confidentiality obligations.
By submitting Deliverables, you confirm you have the rights or permissions to do so.
You remain the owner of your content but grant Klever a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and share your content only for the purpose of operating the Services. This license ends when you delete the content or close your Account, except where retention is required by law or to resolve disputes.

7. Member Conduct

You agree not to:

Post false, defamatory, or harmful content.
Upload viruses, malware, or disruptive code.
Circumvent the Website to bypass community workflows.
Infringe Klever’s intellectual property rights.
Abuse or overload the Website’s systems.

8. Confidentiality

Some Services may involve access to confidential information. You agree to maintain such confidentiality and indemnify Klever for any unauthorized disclosures you cause.

Disclaimer: Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klever’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of USD $1,000 or the total fees paid by you to Klever in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Klever is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of the cause of action.

11. Suspension and Termination

You may close your Account at any time.
Klever may suspend or terminate your Account if you violate these T&Cs or compromise the integrity of the Services.
If you have paid for Services, refunds (if any) will be handled according to our refund
policy (if applicable).

12. Privacy

Klever collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. This may include compliance with applicable laws such as the GDPR (EU/EEA) and CCPA/NY privacy laws. By using the Services, you consent to such processing.

13. Availability
